Blanked by Aspens, 16 x 20 x 1.5 (unframed size), is a special piece to me. The print of the base layer underneath with the girl was a digital piece created by my daughter. It was then printed on a canvas, on which I layered the aspen leaves, gathering them shortly after they fell from the trees in the Santa Fe Forest. The Aspens in fall convey such a comforting feeling to me that is full of beauty with the colors and the white bark. I love to just sit among them and soak in their beauty, like this girl is in the painting.

The piece is then completed with a thick coat of resin, and framed in a solid wood floating frame.
